In addition to their open positions for Minibus Drivers and a Service Delivery Manager, Dial-a-Journey is recruiting a Shopmobility Worker for its Falkirk base.

The position is part-time at 18 hours per week (normally 10am – 4pm on a 2 week rota), with a permanent contract, and a wage of £12.60 per hour, rising to £13.45 in April 2026.

Duties including overseeing the issue and return of mobility equipment from the Dial-a-Journey Bank Street office in the Falkirk town centre, but may involve providing occasional cover in the Stirling Bus Station branch. Applicants must undertake a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check prior to formal appointment, which is paid for by Dial-a-Journey.

There is also opportunity for an additional casual member of staff to provide ad hoc relief cover in both the Stirling and Falkirk offices.
