Dial-a-Journey is recruiting minibus drivers, including Casual Drivers and School Drivers.

The Casual Driver position has varied hours, and provides cover for holidays and sickness, in addition to adding to the number of drivers available when there are additional commitments.

The School Driver position is part-time (term time only), covering morning and afternoon shifts during school term times; this follows Dial-a-Journey’s successful acquisition of Additional Support Needs school contracts.

Dial-a-Journey is a Real Living Wage Employer, and drivers are currently paid a wage of £12.60 per hour.

Drivers must have D1 (101) category on their licence, and successfully undertake a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check, which Dial-a-Journey will pay for.
