UK charities and not for profit organisations (with annual incomes under £50,000) can now apply for grants of up to £10,000 to deliver programmes tackling reoffending, and preventing first-time offences, among young women and girls at risk of entering the criminal justice system.
The Triangle Trust’s small grants programme is specifically aimed at smaller community organisations, which often addressing a local and unmet need and are rooted in lived experience. Eligible groups must be women-led, serving female beneficiaries, and demonstrate expertise in trauma-informed, gender-specific support.
Grants must be spent within a specified time frame (no more than 12 months), and can fund a contribution towards salaries, activity costs and venue hire costs. The trust will not fund requests for core costs, but will consider a reasonable proportion of the running costs of applying organisations, linked to the project they wish to run.
Those interested in applying are encouraged to do so as soon as possible, as the Triangle Trust may need to close the grant round before the advertised date, depending on demand and available funding.
The deadline for applications is 11:59pm on Tuesday 21 October 2025.
