Supporting the Third Sector (STTS) has published its new UNCRC Incorporation and Children’s Services Planning resource.

The resource, created in response to questions from third sector organisations STTS works closely with, provides summaries of what the UNCRC (Incorporation) (Scotland) Act is, how it fits within the wider policy context, how it impacts the third sector and its relationship with children’s services planning.

While designed for the third sector, the resource is available to be used by anyone, and provides a resources section linking to key legislation, guidance, training and further reading.

The STTS team has also written a short blog post about the resource and its background.
