Side by Side After Suicide is a free event taking place on Saturday 6 September 2025 at Dovecot Studios, 10 Infirmary Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LT, offering a compassionate and inclusive space for anyone bereaved by suicide.

Organised by Suicide Prevention Scotland, the day will bring people together to commemorate loved ones, share experiences, and learn about supportive projects and networks, including reflections on the Baton of Hope campaign. Attendees are welcome to join for the whole day, or drop into the sessions most meaningful to them.

The event includes a morning welcome and connecting session, followed by creative activities, music, and a memorial service. Refreshments and lunch will be provided, and a range of accessibility measures will be in place (including hearing loops, quiet spaces, and volunteer listeners).
