Clackmannanshire and Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership is holding a free, full day Self Harm Awareness training session, taking place in person next Wednesday 17 June 2026.
The training is aimed at individuals who work with young people facing inequalities, or who support young people who self harm, and is designed to increase knowledge of the issues surrounding self harm, and equip attendees with the skills to support people who self harm.
On completion, attendees should have an increased knowledge of what self harm is, enhanced understanding and empathy for people who self harm, increased confidence in approaching and talking to someone who self harms, increased skills and confidence in recognising the signs of self harm, and strengthened ability to provide support.
