The Scottish Ambulance Service is on the frontline of the NHS, despatching immediate medical assistance or clinical advice to over 5 million people across Scotland. Their aim is to offer the highest level of care to patients as they preserve life and promote recovery, with their skilled workforce bringing care and compassion to those who need it most.
They are currently working with the mental health organisation See Me Scotland, to improve the metal health response they provide, and are looking for feedback from all members of the public, as any one of us could need support at any time.
If you’ve ever received support from the Scottish Ambulance Service relating to a mental health crisis, have called on behalf of someone else, or might use the service in future, they want to hear about your experiences.
