Adults moving into a new tenancy in Falkirk are being encouraged to sign up for the next Make It Your Own programme from Impact Arts. The free project supports people to make their new house feel like home through creative workshops and practical one-to-one support.

Running every Tuesday from 4 August – 6 October 2026 at 1st Falkirk Scout Hall (FK1 1BF), participants will learn practical skills including wall art, canvas painting, sewing and upholstery, furniture upcycling and woodworking. Each participant will receive a £120 shopping budget to purchase home-making materials, alongside travel expenses and refreshments.

The programme is open to adults moving into their first tenancy or starting a new tenancy (eligibility criteria apply). If you support someone who may benefit, referrals are now open and can be made via the Impact Arts website (linked for your convenience).
