Outside the Box Upcoming Training Sessions

Outside the Box is running training sessions for staff and volunteers on different aspects of inclusive practices and development, including:

• LGBTQ+ Family Inclusion Workshop on Wednesday 5^th May:  This training aims to explore barriers, brush up on language under the LGBTQ+ umbrella, and share practical approaches for welcoming and supporting every family.
• Mum-Friendly Workplaces Workshop on Wednesday 12^th May: This training supports organisations to improve on equalities practices and retain skilled women, enabling women’s leadership at work.
