One Parent Families Scotland (OPFS) has launched its Walking Wednesdays group, offering parents and carers the opportunity to get outdoors and chat with others.
Meeting every Wednesday at Sealock Centre (formerly Beancross and Newlands Community Centre), Montgomery Street, Grangemouth, FK3 8QR around 9:30am, the group then walks to Rannoch Park. This is a roughly 20 minute walk, with a route designed to be as accessible as possible, with time for a hot drink and a catch up at the end.
