Central Scotland Regional Equality Council (CSREC) are holding a Modern Slavery, Trafficking and Exploitative Employment Practices session on Wednesday 29th August, 10am – 12pm at the Falkirk Fire Station, Westfield, Falkirk FK2 9AH, in partnership with Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA).
There will be a variety of topics covered:
- what the signs of trafficking are
- what can be reported
- who to report to and how
- the procedure for reporting suspected trafficking or poor employment practices experienced by service users
- dos and don’ts in reporting and working with victims
- what the GLAA does
- a session on Hate Crime Reporting delivered by CSREC
