Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership’s Health Improvement Service are highlighting their forthcoming learning and development dates for mental health improvement and suicide prevention within the Falkirk area. Aimed at supporting any individual working or volunteering in the Falkirk area who want to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing or to help someone who is experiencing mental health problems, the courses include:
- Scotland’s Mental Health First Aid Training: 9:30am – 4:30pm on Monday 13 May 2024 and Tuesday 14 May 2024.
- Ask Tell: This is delivered online over 3 consecutive weekly sessions lasting an hour each. Sessions are available for June, September, and November 2024.
Scotland’s Mental Health First Aid Training will be held in May, whilst the Ask Tell sessions will be available in June, September, and November – with exact dates to be published via their online training brochure in the coming days. Sign-up details are available via the online training brochure.
