Meet, Move, Chat, Snack – Feel the Power of the Pack.

Lone Wolf Women’s Shout Out Sunday session will be held this weekend on Sunday 11 October, 10am – 12pm at 4 Castings Court (Middlefield Industrial Estate, Falkirk, FK2 9HQ).

These sessions take place every second Sunday, and aim to provide a relaxed, fun, safe, and non-judgmental space where women can connect, build and maintain relationships, increase their confidence, and feel empowered through exercise and nutrition. Sessions include refreshments, discussion, and some structured movement and exercise. Women do not need a background in exercise or nutrition to attend.
