Living Wage Scotland, part of the Poverty Alliance, is inviting social care employees across Scotland to take part in a new Fair Work in Social Care Survey. The survey is part of Pathways to Progress, a three-year project funded by the Robertson Trust, which aims to improve job quality in social care and strengthen understanding of the challenges employers and staff face in implementing fair work principles.
The anonymous survey takes approximately 10 minutes and is open to staff in urban, rural, and island communities. Responses will help shape policy, improve accreditation processes, and inform initiatives to promote better working conditions in the sector. Individual responses are confidential and used solely for research purposes.
Social Care Workers can complete the survey via Microsoft Forms (linked for your convenience).
