CVS Falkirk & District is delighted to announce that the next meeting of the Health and Wellbeing Forum will be held in partnership with Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP), to support third sector partners to shape and influence the HSCP Strategic Plan.
The meeting takes place in-person on Wednesday 20 May, 9:30am – 12:30pm, at Tamfourhill Community Hub, Machrie Court, Tamfourhill, FK1 4SD. Light refreshments will be provided.
The HSCP Strategic Plan is a 10 year plan, and the insights, experiences, and perspectives of the third sector will be vital in building a clearer understanding of the sector’s contribution, ensuring this is reflected meaningfully in future priorities, outcomes, and service delivery.
We will open the session with a presentation from Healthcare Improvement Scotland on the Scottish Approach to Change. This will set the context for the day, introducing a collaborative, evidence-informed approach to improvement which supports partners to test ideas, learn together, and drive meaningful change.
Following this, participants will take part in facilitated group discussions focused on key themes relevant to the third sector. Colleagues from both CVS Falkirk & District and Falkirk HSCP will support these conversations, and capture key insights and priorities identified. This feedback will directly inform the development of the Strategic Plan and help ensure strong and meaningful third sector involvement throughout.
