The Practitioner Pages are a public resource for all community planning partnership staff working with children and adult services in Falkirk, Clackmannanshire and Stirling, to support improving outcomes for children, adults and their families.
They are available to statutory and third sectors partners and groups, and are completely public; you do not need a login to access them.
The pages are overseen by the Practitioner Pages Governance Group, a multi-agency group with representatives from all Forth Valley areas’ Community Planning Partnerships (CPPs). The Governance Group oversees the pages, monitors usage and content, with each representative a Lead Person for a different area of the pages.
The pages have recently been updated and are intended to be a one stop shop to support staff with information on:
- local and national frameworks and tools, including policies and guidelines
- how to make referrals to local services
- local learning and development calendars and links to national training
- links to relevant resources and learning on external websites
- A-Z Resources
The pages are designed to help staff and groups in their work. They will be further developed with support and suggestions; to request an addition to the pages, please complete the online request form (linked for your convenience). Alternatively, to submit feedback or queries regarding the pages, please contact Falkirk Council by email: practitionerpages@falkirk.gov.uk
Those with information they wish to have published should also discuss this with the relevant Lead Person for each section; the Lead Person’s names and departments are available as a pdf via the GIRFEC Falkirk website.
