To understand the impact of their work, Falkirk Foundation has launched a short survey with responses welcomed from people who live, work or spend time in the Falkirk area.

The survey aims to discover the extent to which people are aware of the organisation and its work, how its work is improving health and wellbeing, and what it could do better going forward. Responses will enable Falkirk Foundation to strengthen what it does, to work more effectively with partners, to clearly evidence impact to funders and local decision makers, and to help shape the next stages of its work in the community.

The Survey will close on Saturday 28 February 2026.

Please note: respondents do not need to have taken part in any Falkirk Foundation programmes or be interested in/engaged with football.
