In addition to their Tuesday “Care with Confidence” sessions, Falkirk and Clackmannanshire Carers Centre is running a another series of sessions on Thursdays throughout February.

The Thursday sessions also take place via Zoom, 10:30am – 12pm:

“Mindfulness for Lockdown” on Thursday 11^th February
“Arthritis Awareness” on Thursday 18^th February
“Introduction to Dance 4 Life” on Thursday 25^th February
