Power of Attorney Information Session for Carers

Falkirk and Clackmannanshire Carers Centre are hosting a Power of Attorney information session for carers on Monday 19^th September from 10:30am at 1A Bank Street, Falkirk, FK1 1NB.

The sessions will focus on what happens if the individual being cared for becomes incapacitated and unable to make decisions on their own, and how this could impact caring responsibilities, how Power of Attorney can help, and how to apply for Legal Aid in order to cover or subsidise any associated costs.
