Penumbra and See Me are working in partnership with Samaritans, Trinity Church and Aberlour to offer free drop in sessions to everyone in and around Falkirk, including mums-to-be, mums, partners and family members.

This is an ideal opportunity to get information on local and national perinatal mental health resources. The sessions can help with signposting to organisations supporting wellbeing and planning in and around Falkirk.

Sessions will run from 10am – 12noon at Trinity Church, Manse Place, Falkirk, FK1 1JN
