Carers Centre Information Session for Professionals

FreeFalkirk and Clackmannanshire Carers Centre’s next information session for professionals will be held on Thursday 29 January 2026, 10am – 12pm, via Zoom or in-person at the Carers Centre, 1A Bank Street, Falkirk, FK1 1NB.
The session will be hosted by the Carers Centre team, and aims to help professionals learn more about the support the team offers unpaid carers, along with the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016, Adult Carer Support Plans and Young Carer Statements, and the hospital discharge process involving the carer, amongst others. There will also be an opportunity to connect with other professionals.
