Braveheart Walk Leader Course

Braveheart’s next free Walk Leader course will take place on Friday 12^th May, 10am – 4pm at the Whins Resource Centre, The Whins, Alloa, FK10 3SA.

As part of the Braveheart team, Walk Leaders support individuals to become more physically and socially active in their communities. Braveheart promotes healthy lifestyles with a focus on preventing development of long-term conditions, and has an extensive network of weekly and monthly walks. Walk Leaders work with Braveheart’s walking groups in areas such as Callendar Park, leading the group at a pace and distance which suits the group.  They also test any walks Braveheart organises outside the usual area.

While the course is free, participants must book their place in advance.
