As many of you will remember, Disclosure Scotland ran a consultation on potential changes to fee discounts and waivers during the spring. They received over 1200 responses, including our own CVS Falkirk response which we developed alongside local Falkirk organisations, highlighting the impact that charging for volunteer PVGs could have on the sector.

Disclosure Scotland will make an analysis report available on their website soon – we will signpost to this when it is made available.

Their decisions regarding the future fee discounts and waivers arrangements are expected to be announced in February 2025. We will update you as soon as anything is announced.
