Third sector mental health practitioners are invited to take part in Digital Inclusion Champions Training for Mental Health, funded by Scottish Government and delivered by Mhor Collective. Attendees can choose to join the training on either Wednesday 30 September 2026, 1:30pm – 3pm, or Thursday 1 October 2026, 9:30am – 11am.
Delivered via Zoom, the online training aims to help practitioners support people who may face barriers to accessing digital mental health support, including limited access to devices or connectivity, low digital confidence, accessibility needs, or a lack of digital skills.
The session explores digital inequality and mental health, barriers to accessing digital therapies, person-centred conversations about digital options, available self-referral therapies, and practical ways to support people with digital inclusion needs. No specialist digital knowledge is required to take part. The Digital Inclusion Champions Training follows the principle of digital choice; it does not replace face to face support, but helps people understand and access digital options when these are right for them.
