Charitable organisations across the UK can now apply for grants of between £5,000 – £25,000 from the David Riddell Memorial CIO to support suicide awareness and prevention programmes.
The funding is available for innovative projects that help educate people about suicidal ideation and raise awareness of ways to prevent suicide. Grants can be used to cover both project delivery costs and core organisational costs through a full cost recovery approach.
Organisations eligible to apply include registered charities, SCIOs, and CICs, with priority given to smaller organisations with an annual income of less than £1 million.
The closing date for applications is Saturday 31 October 2026.
