The Connecting Volunteering Network is for third sector representatives who are involved in recruiting and managing/supervising volunteers to discuss topics of common interest, share knowledge and experience, as well as looking at local and national priorities associated with volunteering.
For the first network of the year, we are going to focus on just that – networking! This is an opportunity to connect with others in person, share successes and challenges, to support each other, and to plan how we can make volunteering in Falkirk bigger and better than ever.
The diversity of experience, skills and knowledge is one of our sector’s key strengths, and the Connecting Volunteering Network is a space to share these for mutual benefit.
We will also have a chat about and hear your plans for Volunteers’ Week and maybe get some ideas from others.
We hope you will join us in person, on Wednesday 24th April 2024 from 10am – 12pm, at Bailliefields Community Hub, Sunnyside Road, Redding, Falkirk, FK2 0RN.
To book a place or to be added to the mailing list, please contact Kerrie Hoggan by email: kerrie.hoggan@cvsfalkirk.org.uk stating your name and organisation.
