Polmont Playgroup invites individuals, community groups and local businesses to join the team for a Community Volunteering Day on Tuesday 4 August 2026, at the Playgroup premises, Redding Road, Brightons, FK2 0AA, with exact times to be confirmed.
Polmont Playgroup is working to transform its outdoor space to create an even better environment for local children and families, and is looking for people to help tackle a variety of practical jobs, including painting, assembling and painting a new garden shed, landscaping, installing outdoor equipment, carrying materials, and helping with general improvements around the playgroup garden. No previous experience is required. Tools and refreshments will be provided. People are welcome to stay for the full event, or to drop in for a short while.
