The referral process for Carr Gomm’s Youth Hub in Stirling is now open.
The Youth Hub is open to disabled children and young people aged 20 years old and under, who receive social support (or other paid care), aiming to provide a meaningful respite for families and unpaid carers while the young people attend the Youth Hub. Funded through the Better Breaks Fund, the Youth Hub has been designed to provide a safe space for disabled young people, with person-centred support, helping young people build essential skills, such as cooking. The hub is open seven days per week, with no appointment needed after a referral has been submitted, though young people must attend with their allocated support practitioner, paid carer, or a teacher.
To submit a referral, please complete the online Microsoft Form. For further information, view or download the Youth Hub presentation.
