The Social Enterprise Academy is holding a free 2 day training course for social enterprises who have been trading for at least 2 years, and are looking to revisit their business model and to explore tools for developing financial sustainability and increasing social impact.
The “Building for Sustainability” course takes place Wednesday 11th March – Thursday 12th March, 10am – 4pm at the Ernst&Young Foundation office, 5 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1DY, and aims to:
- explore skills, mind-sets and behaviours needed to be an enterprising and innovative leader
- provide space to explore ideas and tools that can enhance sustainability, creating more opportunity for organisations to achieve their mission and vision
- plan next steps towards organisations’ enterprising future
- explore the entrepreneurial mindset required for business growth
The course has been designed in response to an observed need for third sector organisations to be even more innovative and enterprising as they try to build their sustainability, addressing current challenges and seizing new opportunities.
