Our Falkirk Funders Fayre guests Bank of Scotland Foundation has just opened their new Empower grants programme for 2025.
The programme has been designed to solely focus on helping registered charities who support vulnerable groups and people, which can apply for a 3 year grant of £150,000 (£50,000 per annum).
Empower grants provide unrestricted funding, giving applicants greater scope to cover all essential costs and deal with challenges quickly and effectively. Unrestricted funding can be used towards core costs, delivery costs, project costs, or general running costs, enabling applicants to use their funding in the way that helps them best.

- be a Scottish registered charity with a charity number beginning SC0
- have a minimum of 3 years accounts lodged and checked online at the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) website
- have an income between £150,000 – £500,000
