Healthy Working Lives Forth Valley are facilitating a free Ageing Workforce event on Thursday 1st December, 9am – 2pm at Hawkhill Community Association Centre, Alloa, FK10 2JT.
Working with Age Scotland, the event will focus on the changing age profile of the workforce (given that a third of workers will be over 50 by 2020), and how employers in all sectors should respond to the matter. The event is open to Forth Valley-based management who have responsibility for or can influence this matter.
