The drop-in event takes place at Falkirk Business Hub, 45 Vicar Street, Falkirk, FK1 1LL, with tips, resources and workshops on making a climate-friendly impact through business, while saving money in the process. Topics and activities include the opportunity to try an e-bike, social auditing, energy saving tips, reducing food waste, funding resources, going plastic free, and information on social enterprise as a business model.
FEL will also hold a focused Climate Literacy Workshop, 11am – 12pm, where they will take attendees through an awareness of the carbon costs and impacts of everyday activities, and the ability and motivation to reduce emissions on an individual, community and organizational basis.
A complimentary lunch, and refreshments, will be provided throughout the day by local café Finnegans.
