Wise Group September Services Update

Posted on September 10, 2020

The Wise Group has released its September services and opportunities update, which is available online, or to view and download as a pdf.

Amongst their other services, the Wise Group is involved in supporting Home Energy Scotland and its advice centres, which are currently offering Get Ready for Winter support, where advisors can check eligibility for discounts from energy suppliers, funding and grants available for new boilers, insulation and heating systems. Support for employers includes free online energy saving workshops.

Additionally, energy suppliers have begun to open their Warm Home Discount Schemes, where eligible clients could receive £140 off their winter electricity bill. Home Energy Scotland can offer support around this by phone: 0808 808 2282, or email: adviceteam@sc.homeenergyscotland.org

The Wise Group is also keen to hear from unpaid work case managers, to explore ways they can support clients with the “other activity” element of Community Payback Order (CPO) delivery.

To begin a discussion, contact:

  • Vicky Tibbitt by email: Vicky_tibbitt@thewisegroup.co.uk
  • Hamish Robertson by email: Hamish_Robertson@thewisegroup.co.uk

Alternatively, for further information on the Wise Group’s current services, please visit their website, or view the September update via the CVS Falkirk website.
