Outside the Box is starting a new Walk and Talk Group for people working from home.

The group will meet for the first time at 12pm on Friday 6^th November, in front of Arnotdale House, Dollar Park, Camelon Road, Falkirk, FK1 5SQ. From there, they will walk around the park and then visit the café for a hot drink. Social distancing will be in place.

The group aims to encourage people to get away from their desk and keep active, getting people active and reducing the isolation a lot of people have experienced while working from home.
