Volunteer Scotland are running a free online workshop, occurring repeatedly throughout March – December 2024, designed to provide further support with enhancing your volunteer management practices.

At this workshop, Volunteer Scotland will explain and discuss the available Quality Standards, which are:

The Volunteer Charter
Volunteer Friendly (for Small – Medium volunteer programmes)
Investing in Volunteers (for Medium – Large volunteer programmes)

During the workshop, you will be provided with an in-depth look at each of the standards and processes and the team will explain the difference they can make to the volunteers’ experience. This workshop will also help you make the right development step for your volunteer programme.
