Voluntary Health Scotland (VHS) is holding a series of events in December, including:
- “Renewing Scotland’s full potential in a digital world: a voluntary health sector response”
Taking place Thursday 3rd December, 10:30am – 12pm, this free online event focuses on Scottish Government’s consultation on “Renewing Scotland’s Full Potential in a Digital World”, which is seeking views on a new digital strategy for Scotland, and aims to reflect the changing digital world we live in, along with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

- “Ageing Well: Sixth Talk with the Open University – Standing Tall”
Running on Tuesday 8th December, 10am – 11:45am, this talk will discuss the age-related changes seen in the previous talks to explore further age-related postural alignment changes affecting postural stability and balance, and ways to compensate for the “gravity of ageing”.

- “COVID-19 Research: Impact on Communities & Priorities for Recovery”
Earlier this year, Scottish Government conducted research to understand concerns, opportunities and wider experiences related to the COVID-19 pandemic with various organisations across Scotland.
At this event on Wednesday 16th December, 2pm – 3:30pm, attendees will hear from Scottish Government’s COVID-19 Modelling and Analysis Hub researchers on the key findings of the subsequent report.
