Business in the Community has partnered with online traffic management company Yunex Traffic to offer a free online AI training webinar for charities, community groups, voluntary organisations and other not for profit groups and organisations (including Third Sector Interfaces (TSIs)).

Part one of “Using AI to Automate Admin and Unlock Capacity” will take place on Wednesday 5 August 2026, 11am – 12pm, with a follow-up webinar on Thursday 20 August 2026, 11am – 12pm. Participants must attend both webinars.

“Whether you’re new to AI or already exploring tools like ChatGPT and Claude, this practical session will show you how AI can support everyday tasks, helping your team work more efficiently and spend more time delivering impact.”

The first of these interactive sessions will cover:

introduction to AI and useful AI tools available today
learning the basics of effective prompting and how to get better results from AI
a practical AI “cheat sheet” to help participants use AI confidently across different tasks
real-life examples of how AI can be integrated into workflows to save time
a live demonstration of the popular AI tool “Claude”

The follow-up session will provide an opportunity to ask questions and review if the use of AI has made a positive impact for participants in the time since the first session.
