The Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) has been active in monitoring the situation in Ukraine since the Russian invasion in February, and has been providing regular updates to guidance for the public and third sector, including:

“Ukraine: What Should Charities Do in Response to the War?” (for charities and third sector groups and organisations)
“Ukraine: Safe Methods of Giving Support” (for members of the public looking to donate)
