Neighbourhood Networks and Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) have launched The Big Plan, a collaborative planning process offering a unique opportunity to engage a group of individuals (often young people in transition), families and community volunteers.

The Big Plan is open to any young person, aged 16 – 23 years old, who wants to engage in planning for their future.

The Big Plan aims to help people discover their own way and make the plans that make sense to them. Individuals are invited along with their family members, friends, and members of the community, to come together over a series of sessions to make plans together.
