The Senior Leaders Programme from Just Enterprise aims to offer an opportunity for senior leaders to reflect on their role, strengthen leadership skills, and learn alongside peers from across the social enterprise sector. Designed for those with strategic and operational responsibilities, the programme explores key leadership challenges and supports participants to build stronger, more resilient organisations.

“Being a senior leader gives you great opportunity to make a real difference in your organisation. You can help to shape your organisations’ impact and support individuals and teams to excel. However the role of a senior leader can also be complex with competing priorities and needs.”

Delivered on a hybrid basis over six months, the 10 day programme combines six online sessions with four in-person workshops in Edinburgh, across six months. The programme begins on Wednesday 16 September 2026, concluding on Wednesday 24 February 2027; participants are required to attend all sessions.

Learning methods include peer coaching, action learning sets, group work, guest speakers, and guided self-reflection.

Heavily subsidised by Scottish Government, the programme fee is £450 per delegate. Participants can also undertake two accredited SCQF Level 9 leadership qualifications through Glasgow Caledonian University for an additional cost of £390.
