RISE Forth Valley is holding a climate leadership event, taking place on Wednesday 5 August 2026, 11am – 1pm (followed by lunch), at Polmont Community Hub, Greenpark Drive, Polmont, FK2 0PZ. Everyone is welcome.
Claiming Our Space – EM Women’s Blueprint for Climate Justice celebrates the culmination of RISE Forth Valey’s Ethnic Minority Women’s Environmental Leadership Programme. Throughout the programme, participants have analysed Scotland’s climate policies through an intersectional lens, and developed a community‑led Climate Justice Action Plan. The event will feature the launch of the plan, along with a heritage‑led Home Recipe Book, a Storytelling Archive, and a visual exhibition exploring climate resilience and systemic exclusion.
