Avire UK has a number of “charity lettings” available for third sector groups and organisations, including one in the Callendar Gate building of Callendar Business Park, Falkirk.

The office space is available on a rent, business rates and service charge free basis, and is designated for admin purposes (though other uses may be considered). The space is 2,800 sq. ft. – 11,200 sq. ft (with 3 floors, which can be split), and a viewing day has been planned for Thursday 28^th September.

The landlord has made these premises available as part of their ongoing corporate social responsibility. Avire deals directly with the landlord and has inspected the office to ensure it meets their criteria; leases are drawn up in-house by Avire’s legal team, meaning there are no costs to the third sector group or organisation.

The lease term for the charity lettings organised by Avire are usually a 3 year term, with a rolling landlord and charity 28 day break clause (which means the group or organisation can request a break on the lease and vacate the property at any time, giving 28 days’ notice). Groups and organisations will only pay for the utilities they use whilst they are the leaseholders at the property.
