NHS Forth Valley is developing a new Quality, Safety & Experience Plan to support the delivery of it’s 10 year Population Health and Care Strategy. The Plan which will set out how the organisation will continue to improve the quality, safety and experience of care across all health services.

As part of its commitment to co-producing the plan with staff, patients, service users and partners, NHS Forth Valley is inviting people to share their views through a short online survey. Responses will help NHS Forth Valley identify initial priorities, and where efforts should be focused.

To support the survey, two engagement workshops will also be held from 9.30am – 12pm on Tuesday 25 August 2026 and Wednesday 26 August 2026 at the Forth Valley Royal Hospital Learning Centre, providing an opportunity to contribute ideas, insights and experiences to help shape the plan.
