CVS Falkirk is pleased to announce the appointment of Victoria McRae as its new Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.

Victoria has been with the organisation since 2010 as a key member of the management team, overseeing the delivery of all key strategic objectives locally and nationally for the organisation, while successfully leading and managing a staff team within their core activities and funded specific projects.

We are delighted to appoint Victoria as the new CEO. Victoria has significant business and third sector experience in creating projects and initiatives that support the communities of Falkirk. With a values-based approach, authentic leadership and a strong organisational culture, she is the right person to lead our team, with the vision and the drive to take our organisation to next level of growth and development.

Reflecting on her appointment, Victoria said: “I am delighted and excited to take up the CEO post and lead the organisation into its next chapter. We have a fantastic team, whose expertise, knowledge and commitment enables us to successfully achieve all that we set out to do.
