Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) Community Engagement has been asked by Scottish Government to gather local views from people with lived experience of Chronic Pain.
Scottish Government has developed a new Framework for Pain Management Service Delivery in partnership with people with Chronic Pain, clinical, research, third sector communities and other key stakeholders. HIS Community Engagement has been asked to gather local views to ensure that the priorities of people with chronic pain are appropriately reflected as the Framework is implemented (especially as they relate to local contexts).
They are looking to speak with 6 or 7 people from Forth Valley who have lived experience of Chronic Pain, and carry out one to one interviews (either by phone or video) using a set of questions.
The project runs until Thursday 15th September.
Once people register their interest, the HIS team will send on further information, and the questions that will be asked during the interview. If people are happy to proceed, they will then schedule the interview at a time that suits.
