The Living Wage Scotland Awards 2026 are now open for applications.

The awards are designed to celebrate the best of the Living Wage network in Scotland, offering members the opportunity to demonstrate their dedication to people and communities. Finalists will be accredited Living Wage employers and supporters who “have gone above and beyond in their commitment to the real Living Wage”.

This year, there are seven award categories:

Newcomer (members accredited from June 2025)
Trailblazer (industry stand out)
Employee Choice (a member employer nominated by employee(s))
Living Hours (Living Hours champion)
Living Pension (Living Pension champion)
Local Champion (open to Third and Public Sector employers)
Social Impact (open to Private Sector employers)

The deadline for applications is 5pm on Friday 14 August 2026. Finalists will be revealed in September, and the winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in Glasgow in November, during Living Wage Week.
