Lead Scotland is hosting classes on Zoom over the next few weeks to help people to use the internet confidently and safely during COVID-19:
Everyone is welcome to attend, including volunteers.
During this unprecedented time, with many people being asked to stay inside and practice self isolation, individuals may have family, friends or people they work with asking more questions about using their phones, tablets and laptops. Not everyone is confident going online and many people worry about being safe, especially those more vulnerable members of society and people with additional support needs and low literacy levels.
These webinars will cover ways you can help support others to be safe online during the COVID-19 pandemic, and answer any questions you might have. Participants only need to attend one webinar, as each one will give the same advice.
