Project Food at FEL Scotland is looking for volunteers to be Garden Buddies.
Volunteers will be part of a project which aims to plant the seed for healthier, more sustainable futures by helping people grow their own food and make tasty, nutritious meals with it.
Through buddying, mentoring, networking and peer learning, FEL help community leaders and volunteers share food knowledge and get more produce growing locally.
As a Garden Buddy, you’ll be matched to a community project with a garden, and will be there to guide them as they develop their growing project.
Whether you consider yourself an expert when it comes to growing food, or you have some herb pots going and grown some garden veggies (or you’re even looking for an opportunity to learn alongside your community project and build up your own skills and knowledge) – FEL want to hear from you!
