Pause and Breathe CIC has received multi-year funding from the Falkirk Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund to deliver Friday Wellbeing sessions over the next 2 years, including the following in March 2026, 10am – 11:30am:
- Friday 6 March 2026: Creative Writing for You with Clare
- Friday 13 March 2026: Chair Yoga with Audrey
- Friday 20 March 2026: Paper Remix Workshop with Caroline
- Friday 27 March 2026: Mindful Eating with Christine
These free sessions are open to all adults, with a break for refreshments and informal connection. Sessions will be varied using a trauma‑informed approach, led by different facilitators, and a second facilitator available to offer support if needed.
