Falkirk Food Train Volunteers

Falkirk Food Train is looking for a number of volunteers to support their members across different roles, including:

• volunteer befrienders:
  • volunteers are matched with a local older person supported by Food Train, and take part in home visits, phone calls, trips, outings and group activities with their member
• At Home volunteers:
  • these volunteers support Food Train members in their home, with small tasks members find difficult to do themselves; this may include duvet changing, inside window cleaning, or hoovering, amongst others
